Shipping Policy

We are closed on weekends; Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays consequently, we ship orders only on business days; Monday through Friday, 9am thru 1pm EST, excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders that are available in stock will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. Orders placed via USPS Priority Mail or UPS 2nd Day Air Delivery must be received by 12:00 PM EST during business days, in order for processing to begin the same day. Otherwise, order processing and shipping will begin the next business day.

Available Shipping Method

1. Economy: Up to 8 business days from the date of order placed. At our discretion, we use UPS and USPS.
2. USPS - United States 
    • First Class Package: 2-5 business days from the date of shipment.
    • Media Mail: 3-8 business days from the date of shipment (limited to only books, videotapes, DVDs, CDs, and printed music). 
    • Parcel Select Ground: 3-8 business days from the date of shipment.
    • Priority Mail: 2-4 business days from the date of shipment.  
    3. UPS - United States
      • UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days from the date of shipment. 
      • UPS 3 Day Select: 3 business days from the date of shipment.
      • UPS Ground: 3-8 business days from the date of shipment

      PO Boxes: Please note that we can only ship to PO Boxes via USPS and cannot ship large boxes to PO Boxes.

      ***If the weight of your order exceeds the limit, Customer Care Advocate may contact you with an updated shipping charge.***

      HOW TO CALCULATE THE SHIPPING RATES

      We use an algorithm to calculate shipping rates based on shipping origin, shipping destination and package weight. If you feel that a shipping charge is excessive for the distance or product shipped, please contact us prior to placing your order and we can investigate the cause of the excessive shipping charge.

      Backorder Policy

      If your order/s cannot be shipped due to backorder item/s, we generally ship what is available and back order item/s will be shipped upon availability. Agapao Customer Service Advocate will contact you via email or phone within 24 hours regarding your back order item/s. Should you wish to cancel your back order item/s, please contact us at customercare@agapaostore.com or 1-888-496-6913.

      International Shipments

      At this time, we do not ship orders internationally. For further inquiry, please contact us at customercare@agapaostore.com or 1-888-496-6913.

      Handling Time

      Tracking Information
