Shipping Methods Available

We value our families and our time for worship, so our warehouse is closed on weekends; Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays consequently, we ship orders only on business days; Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Categories

1. Economy: Up to 8 business days from the date of shipment.
2. USPS - United States 
    • First Class Package: 2-5 business days from the date of shipment.
    • Media Mail: 3-8 business days from the date of shipment.
    • Parcel Select Ground: 3-8 business days from the date of shipment.
    • Priority Mail: 2-4 business days from the date of shipment.
    3. UPS - United States
      • UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days from the date of shipment.
      • UPS 3 Day Select: 3 business days from the date of shipment.
      • UPS Ground: 3-8 business days from the date of shipment

      PO Boxes: Please note that we can only ship to PO Boxes via USPS and cannot ship large boxes to PO Boxes.

      HOW TO CALCULATE THE SHIPPING RATES

      We use an algorithm to calculate shipping rates based on shipping origin, shipping destination and package weight. If you feel that a shipping charge is excessive for the distance or product shipped, please contact us prior to placing your order and we can investigate the cause of the excessive shipping charge.

      Backorder Policy

      If your order/s cannot be shipped completely at the time of purchase, we generally ship what is available and back order item/s will be shipped upon availability. Agapao Customer Service Advocate will contact you via email or phone within 24 hours regarding your back order item/s.       International Shipments

      Handling Time

      For items ordered in-stock, we can ship within 24 hours, for Express 2-Day Air, IF and only, the order is placed by 12 PM EST the day prior to the desired delivery date.

      Tracking Information

      Once tracking information is available, the buyer will receive a shipping tracking reference to monitor the product status. But if for some reason your order is missing or the tracking information is incorrect, please contact us at customercare@agapaostore.com.
