Embroidery reminder:
A maximum of three letters will be embroidered on one placement. If your letter embroidery is over three letters, they will be split in half with the letters being placed on each side (For example, if you have five letters, three will be embroidered on the left, two will be embroidered on the right). For the best presentation, we recommend three letter, four letter or six letter combinations.

From our Tailors to your Church: Please allow a minimum of 8 to 12 weeks for order processing and delivery. During peak seasons, such as holidays or high-demand periods, this time frame may be extended. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

The product cannot be returned and are non-refundable due to personalized custom printing or fabric, and that cancellations are not accepted after the order has been submitted.

Returns:

Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt. Any problems must be notified within 30 days of receipt of your order. Should you have a problem with your order, call or write for return authorization and instructions.
Company errors will be promptly corrected at no charge. We reserve the right to charge for any alterations or replacements for which the company is not at fault.
