- To keep the palm fresh, do not open the plastic bags until you are ready to distribute them.
- If you are not refrigerating your palms, open each box and remove three or four unopened plastic bags of palms. This is because when palms are wrapped in plastic and packaged, heat can build up in the box between the plastic bags.
